On your menopause journey, have you ever looked in the mirror and said to yourself “I thought I would be further ahead by now”; and wondered if there’s anything more out there for you?

THIS is exactly how I felt when turning 50. I had hormonal mood swings and migraines. Working longer than a full time job; rushing my 2 children around the place and in a marriage which was on the rocks. Turning 50 and a pandemic was a wake-up call for me.

So What Did I Do?

I worked on how I could manage an amicable separation to keep our children to feel continually safe and loved.

I worked hard to ensure I have a friendship style relationship with my ex.

I work daily on understanding my belief system and my mindset to continue see how I can sustain my choices.

I work hard on creating what I really am born to do and work at creating options to quit the 9-5.

Other options? Do nothing? Then life stays the same.

We all have choices and your choices will differ to mine. We stay stuck when we don’t see choices, which is why coaching is such a valuable part of life and why I will be continually grateful for my coach.
